Saviñón Mediation & Arbitration Services is a Louisville-based ADR practice led by Frank D. Saviñón, Jr., a private mediator and arbitrator focused on complex civil disputes. Legal positions and settlement numbers only tell part of the story — resolution also depends on understanding the people behind the dispute and what’s really standing in the way.
Before each mediation, Frank speaks personally with counsel or party representatives to understand the dispute, flag potential barriers, confirm attendance and settlement authority, and plan how the session should be structured for the case.

Most mediations open with a brief joint session covering introductions, expectations, and process, then move into private caucuses, where parties can speak candidly about risk, exposure, valuation, and settlement options. Throughout the process, Frank strives to ensure that participants feel heard, understood, and fully informed as they evaluate options and make important decisions about their case. When appropriate, follow-up discussions continue after the session to help maintain progress and bridge remaining gaps between the parties.
