Giving Back

Dispute resolution is our profession. Community is our commitment.

At Saviñón Mediation & Arbitration Services, we believe that the privilege of professional practice carries a responsibility to the communities we serve. Our charitable initiative — Saviñón Cares — reflects that belief in action.

What We Do

Saviñón Cares is our vehicle for community engagement — connecting our work to causes that matter. We are committed to supporting organizations addressing the causes our team cares most deeply about: protecting victims of abuse and domestic violence; providing care and support for the homeless, sick and infirm; and connecting and empowering underprivileged communities, minorities, and people of color through scholarship and educational opportunities.

As our practice grows, so too will our capacity to give back. Our goal is not simply to write checks — but to build meaningful, sustained relationships with organizations doing important work in our community.

Why It Matters

The disputes we resolve often arise from some of life’s most difficult moments. We understand, better than most, the toll that conflict takes — on individuals, families, and communities. Saviñón Cares is our reminder that our work doesn’t end at the resolution table.

Organizations We Admire

The following Louisville-area organizations reflect the values at the heart of Saviñón Cares. As the firm grows, we look forward to contributing to their missions and developing lasting relationships with each of them:

Center for Women and Families

provides emergency shelter and supportive services for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in Louisville and the surrounding area.

Family & Children’s Place

provides child advocacy and counseling services, including services for children who have experienced abuse.

St. Vincent de Paul Louisville

serves individuals and families in need, including those who are homeless, living in poverty, suffering from addiction, enduring mental illness, or experiencing acute economic crisis.

Wayside Christian Mission

provides shelter, food, and support services to the homeless and vulnerable populations in Louisville.

Evolve502

provides scholarships and access to community resources to help prepare students for college and careers.

Adelante Hispanic Achievers, Inc.

the only organization in Louisville chartered specifically to support Latino student success, Adelante empowers Hispanic and Latinx youth through mentorship, academic enrichment, and career guidance.

La Casita Center

a grassroots nonprofit empowering families in Louisville’s Latinx community through advocacy, health education, legal clinic services, mental health support, and child enrichment programs, all delivered in a culturally responsive, trauma-informed environment.
We are committed to engaging with these organizations as our practice expands — and to adding more over time.
